Pakistan women forced to join work

Usually it is difficult to find working of woman in a Pakistani country but now it is changed. People in Pakistan are conservative and feel that woman working are damaging the families honor. There is a need to shed the burqa for woman to work and to wear the particular uniform necessary. At present the growing generation are entering into the service sector jobs so as to support their families.

The woman are pressed into work due to the family needs burying their religious and cultural traditions. The need of the nation and the economic need will surely doubled the number of woman work force. Pakistan has 15% working population in which 85% cannot be feed so female employment is necessary. Pakistan is facing transition and woman employment has risen about 125% in past five years but men remain the same.

The traditional interpretation of Islam still exist in Pakistan and men are upset as religious leaders feel that women should not be allowed to work. In spite of all these women get abuses from their customers,buses and neighbors but are deflecting the abuseOut of 134th countries in 2010 Global Gender Gap report Pakistan is holding the 133rd place according to the reliable data.
According to a newspaper Pakistan is a hypocritical society where two sets of rules are being followed.
