Co-founder of Microsoft sues other producers

Co founder of Microsoft Paul Allen has relaunched a patent lawsuit against some of its counter rivals. A wide range of patent lawsuit was being registered by the Microsoft Corp co founder Paul Allen. The patent lawsuit was filed against Apple Inc,Google inc,Face book and others by Microsoft co founder. The allegations by Microsoft says that these companies are illegally using the technology which are owned by Microsoft.

During the year 1992 a small research company named Interval Licensing LLC was started by Paul Allen. Allen has filed a broad patent against these companies in federal court in month of August in Seattle. The patent which was filed against these companies where however dismissed by the judge Marsha Pechman. Judge Marsha said the case was dismissed saying that it had not specified the actual products and devices.

On Tuesday Microsoft again filed the revised lawsuit stating the details of the case was filed again. During the year 1975 Allen along with Bill Gates found Microsoft and has been with Interval for the research and development. The internet arena of Interval has been improved from the year 1990 and till now holding its place. Interval has even provided some 300 patents and research assistance to search giant like Google internet giant.
