The US administration had warned of major trouble between neighbor minded countries of US due to the impending Wikileaks, for the last two weeks. And the actual leakage of most of the secret documents between various US embassies across the world with the Central leadership happened few days back.
There was no major impact on the release of the data so far from any of the US friendly countries and many of the countries have decided to not give any major importance to the data at all.
