Heart is kept good by good milk we all know it but heart still gets better if the cow is grass grazed says a study. The dairy cows which are grass grazed produce five times more milk than the feedlots cow. The grass fed cows have much of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a type of unsaturated fat. The presence of CLA is very less in cows which are processed grains fed says the study.

The CLA’s have the capacity to protect the human heart and help people who want to lose weight. The study was being conducted by Hannia Campos of Harvard school of Public Health. The study took 4,000 people who had high concentrations of CLA’s and 36% had lower risk of heart attack. The presence of CLA’s was being studied its affect on health benefits were being analyzed during the study. The Costa Rica a pasture grazing cattle was taken for the study Campos found that some cows were suffering from non fatal heart attack.

The CLA amount in tissues of the volunteers were measured when the persons in take of Costa Rica cows milk was taken. The saturated fat and cholesterol is known to be present in dairy products but as far as whole milk given from grass fed cows are found to be healthy. the presence of CLA can make the milk incredibly health promoting says the spokesman from American society for nutrition.
