Easy tips to enhance your breast milk flow

Eating some food can help moms to produce more milk and help the child improve the immune system.

Breast milk needs to be increased but how can we do it, nature has provided with variety of ingredients.

Mother Nature has more sympathy on us and pours her love through the gifts she has given us.

Here are some foods given below to enhance the breast milk:

Ø Breast milk can be increased by taking a lot of fruits like pear, strawberries, apple, avoid mango and papaya.

Ø When ragi mixed with jaggery and til seeds taken mornings will increase the breast milk.

Ø Boil few garlic seeds with milk in a cooker drink the milk and crush the garlic and swallow it which will raise the breast milk.

Ø Porridge made out of rice, ragi will even increase the breast milk and thicken it.

Ø To increase the density of breast milk one can consume spinach and other herbs which have rich iron content in them.

Ø The bitter guard is capable of removing all the poisonous impurities in the body will do the same for breast milk even.

Ø Drumstick leaves when cooked as soup, food, and dal must be taken in some form daily which will enhance the breast milk.

Ø Jeera taken with jaggery as a evening snacks will bring more breast milk.

Ø Adding dairy products like milk, butter, and curd in your daily breakfast or instead of your coffee tea will increase the breast milk.

Ø Fry some garlic, with ghee add some onions mix it with rice and have it daily before break fast which will bring more milk.

Ø Having oats as a meal once in a day will increase a lot of milk.
