The rate of unemployment has decreased in most of the States of US, in January. US saw one of the biggest unemployment crisis, due to recession ,after the World War II. Thousands of US citizens lost jobs. Many companies toppled. Mostly many of the financial institutions and banks went bankrupt. Everything was related and resulted in the other crisis.

Obama’s administration had taken efforts to make job avenues for the jobless and as a stopgap also introduced jobless claims to the people who had to lose their jobs. This came as a breather to the people for their survival. He also asked the companies to reduce outsourcing the jobs to other countries and create job avenues to their own US citizens.

With the unemployment rate decreasing in US and the recovery of the US economy, the customer confidence would go up in US.
