An event conducted for the welfare of Indians in Australia

On Wednesday last week, Australians sat for a Vindaloo against violence. The campaign was done to protest the racial attacks against Indians. The campaign had many from all the fields from police to politicians. The mass dinner across Australia was a wonderful sight. The campaign was the event which could be seen on many social networking sites including face book.

Around 17,000 people were registered in the event which took place. The organizer was 35 year old lady named Mia Northrop. Mia was really happy to see so many people gathered and the positive waves she received. The digital media designer Mia was really thrilled and didn’t except so many people. Mia felt that the event was really phenomenally positive she said. The event was done to show the support of Australia for 450000 Indian communities.

Australian people indicated their support to Indian students and reflected their ire against the attacks. The busiest day on the record was seen by Tiffin’s and was forced to close for some time. Indian restaurants of around 400 were seen as the part of the event. In Melbourne, where many attacks took place against Indians, the support was excellent. The menu of the day was changed to Indian fare as an honor of the event. John Brumby was also seen one among the event, seated with the Indian students.
