The Chile country was hit by a massive 8.8 magnitude earthquake few days back, that brought many buildings in the country to the ground in a matter of seconds. And that has triggered a massive Tsunami warning in many countries including Russia, parts of Africa and also Japan.
Japan has in fact been already hit by Tsunami waves yesterday of few meters height, which have flooded some coastal regions. Japan is still expecting higher Tsunami waves in the next few days. And follow up earthquakes of 5 plus magnitude can easily trigger bigger Tsunamis across the region, say experts.
Natural disasters have been a key destroyer of human lives in the year 2009 and also in the first two months of 2010.
