China is the second largest polluter of the world, after US. And India is also fast catching up and is among the top 20 polluters in the world. Being neighbors and also being the voices of the developing world, both China and India have joined hands to collectively work towards green gas emissions.
These two countries have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to set up a joint working committee to work out the blue print for cutting down gas emissions in the coming years.
