The Middle East region is facing a turbulent and bloody situation for the last decade due to the continuing conflict between Israel and Palestine forces. Over the years, the Palestine forces have been able to get more financial and military support from Islamic countries like Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Now, the US President Obama has underscored the need for both the countries to forget the bitter past and move towards a peaceful solution to the raging issue. Also he confirmed that US is agreeable to the existence of two countries side by side. The new initiative by Obama can really help bring peace to the troubled region, if only both the parties take it seriously.
