Fitness is the mantra today. Fitness to do a job. Being fit mentally and physically. And, getting fit in a hurry are some of the driving factors of life today.

Though everyone wants to be fit, it is the women who really, desparately want to be fit, be slim and be in shape. Towards this, many fitness camps are being organised by many people. This is only for women and organised for only two nights a week. It provides training on things such as Circuit training, Hand-to-hand cardio combat, Core strengthening exercises, Body sculpting techniques, and Functional stretching. This also helps you to target trouble spots and sculpt you from head-to-toe.
