We all plan well when it comes to our work situation. We plan the days, weeks, and even years. We know where we want ot be 5 years, 10 years down the line. We have a vision and we ensure that it is shared among all the people. We sit with everyone, plot their strenghts and weaknesses, slot them in the respective jobs, work around their weaknesses if their good in what they do.

Why don’t we do all this when it comes to our own families? We don’t discuss what we should live for. There is no shared vision for most of the families. No discussion on where to go. No discussion on strenghts or weaknesses.
