When I checked the other day about the most difficult thing in the world, the answer I got was simple: to keep one’s cool when things get increasingly difficult and frustrating. So, what can one do when things get increasingly difficult and frustrating? What does one do when things don’t go as planned and as expected?
I have tried many things and I cannot say they worked very well for me. I have tried drinking water. I have tried counting upto 10. In fact, I have run upto 1000 without once cooling down in the process. I have tried punching bags.
