Sleeping well depends on two things. One, it depends on whether you are ready to sleep. If you are mentally active or physically not tired or both, then, sleeping is going to be difficult. However, if you are very very tired physically or feeling peaceful or both, sleeping is much easier. Two, it also depends on what kind of sleeping bag or mattress you have. If you can’t have your normal mattress, then sleeping will be difficult. However, if you are out camping, then having a queen air mattress really helps as it comes in handy very much.
