Reducing Obesity

Reducing obesity is not easy. If it were that easy, then there would not be any fat people in the world. It is difficult and that is why you are reading this with interest.

However, there are methods which can give you reduction in the obesity levels. Weight loss does not happen by accident. It happens by design. Just mere wishing it is not going to give you results.

What should you do? There is a 3 step program that I recommend:

One, have a exercise regimen. Regimen means having a complete program. The program looks like this : running for about 20 minutes in the morning or walking briskly for about 30 minutes; then skipping or jogging or cycling for about 10 minutes. If you can hit the gym, great.

Two,controlled food intake. There is no point in exercising if you are going to hog anything and everything that came your way. You need to watch your calories and watch them carefully.

Three, no sleep in the afternoons. This is also critical as afternoon sleep is clearly established to be increasing the weight levels.
