Last post we were looking at how to take rest which is an important step in higher productivity. Continuing on the same theme is being fit. Fighting fit as it is called. It is important to be fit because otherwise, one can get tired very fast. Fatigue sets in. Errors creep in.
It is important to have a fitness regimen. Some exercies which are done regularly to keep the body in shape.
When the body is fit, mind also becomes fit.
