The bloody terrorist operation that happened in Lahore Police training academy yesterday, wherein over 20 policemen have been killed, and scores of others were injured, has now been owned by the dreaded terrorist outfit, Taleban.
The head of the Pakistani Taleban unit, Baitullah Mehsud, has said that the attack was in retaliation for the continued drone attack by US on the Pakistani border areas. India has been telling US that the terrorist network is spreading in a strong way in Pakistan, but they have not been heeding to it, due to their anti-terror friendship with Pakistan.
But with more and more Pakistani territory coming under the ambit of the Taleban, directly or indirectly, it is time for decisive actioning by US. It is pertinent to note that over 1/4 th of the Pakistani territory bordering Afghanistan, officially has come under the Taleban forces recently.
