The North Korean government has said that South Korean planes must avoid using their airspace , failing which it cannot guarantee their safety. The warning comes in the wake of the announcement of the joint military exercise between US and South Korean forces. It fears that the joint military exercise is a prelude to the planned invasion of their country.
