Iran Turns down Obama

Iran’s supreme leader has dismissed the calls from U.S. President Barack Obama for a “new beginning”. This new beginning is in terms of the relations between the two countries, which is not exactly great currently. Speaking in the holy city of Mashhad Saturday, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Iran premier said that, despite whatever  Obama might have said, he does not see any change in the U.S. policy toward Iran.

The US policy towards Iran needs to take into account the current sentiments of the country and also the sentiments of all the muslim population across the world.  The stance of US in terms of supporting Israel and recently that of raiding Iraq has completely alienated it from the muslim countries around the world
