The largest democracy in the World, India, is going for polls next month and the country will elect its new government by the end of May 2009. And based on current trends, none of the major parties like Congress or the BJP are expected to get majority strength on their own. And the cropping up of too many local players in key states like Tamilnadu, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, Maharashtra, are likely to post major problems. So most probably India might be heading for hung parliament , which might not be good news for the foreign investors.
