To play any sports in the right spirits, the sportsman must be equipped with the right kind of gear. Most times, we simply take the kind of gears that the sportsmen wear for granted. The sportsmen will do it only at their own peril. They better examine minutely as to what all they wear and what will enhance their performance. If it is baseball, then one needs the right gloves : ball gloves and the catchers’ gloves. If we are talking about football, then one needs the right mask and the football helmets.  Even if one just wants to run, the right kind of shoes and the track suits are still required.

If one gets the right gear, only then he is all geared up for sports.
