Obama is likely to unveil his plan for US troops pullout from the tormented Iraq territory earliest by 2010 middle. This would mean that the US government has only another year or so for completing its mission of destroying a major portion of the Islamic terrorist outfits spread across Afghanistan / Iraq and now Pakistan. That could be more complicated and it seems that Obama is more or less toeing the line of continuing with the soft corner approach towards Pakistan. He is said to clear a massive five billion dollars aid to Pakistan despite clear indications that Pakistan and its army are nurturing the Taliban terrorist group using the US arms and funds, who fight and kill US soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.
