Playing is one of the best forms of physical exercising wherein all major parts of your body will be put to stretching. And while the physical stretching of your body parts like hands / legs / shoulders / neck etc. keep happening, you actually do not even notice them because you are focussed on enjoying and winning the game. Thus you can practice your like game something like cricket or football or basketball or tennis or shuttle cock , for at least an hour every day, to keep the doctor away.
